I'm Lauren Trippeer. I'm in eighth grade in Palm Desert. I created this dance as part of earning my Silver Badge, the second highest badge in Girl Scouts. I chose this project because a girl's connection with her father is one of the most important relationships in her life.
I grew up in a small town that held an annual Father-Daughter Dance. Every year my dad and I got dressed up, went to dinner, and then the dance. It's one of my favorite memories with my dad. I want every girl to have to opportunity to experience a Father-Daughter Dance and a relationship with their dad. Only 200 tickets will be availavble for this special night.
