FAQs
What package do you recommend?
My favorite packages are my standard and split sessions.
I find that the standard 2-hour session is the perfect amount time to nail multiple looks and capture exactly what an actor needs for their kit. There's time to get a great commercial shot or two, then make changes to HMU and lighting for a few different theatrical looks.
Split sessions have a totally different energy. It's fun to watch actor friends play off each other and helps to relax the sometimes intimidating process of headshots
Why do you include a hair and makeup artist?
All of my packages include a dedicated hair and makeup artist for the entirety of the session.
Hair and makeup is an incredible tool that can transform a actor's persona. As a director, I have called back actors who don't look the part in their self-tape because of a great headshot with a different look.
A hair & makeup artist has the tools and talent to make you look older or younger, like the perfect romantic lead or best friend. It will set your headshots apart.

I'm a director. My favorite thing in the world is working with actors. Every time I cast a film, I look at hundreds of headshots, so I know what directors are looking for.
I lead my sessions like I lead my sets. I will give you positive feedback and suggestions in acting terms you can understand.

How do I book a shoot?

What is a split session?
A split session is one of my favorite packages. Book with a friend and get more time for HMU and wardrobe changes for a cheaper price than any other package. These are individual headshots, not couples photos.
Here's how it works:
You'll have the same consultation time and advance HMU as you would in any of my solo packages. During the shoot, while you change looks, your friend will shoot their look. This means we are never not shooting, and we maximize the productivity of the shoot.
I recommend a split session for actors who are creativity aligned in what they are looking for. For example, if you only want commercial shots, and your friend only wants theatrical shots, we'll be switching backgrounds and changing lighting too much for the split session to be effective.
Can I have additional photos retouched?
Yes! I'll be happy to retouch as many photos as you like or make changes to edit you don't love. Additional retouches beyond what's included in your package are $20 per photo.
